Okay, we're exactly three weeks into the new year. Many people have made the resolution to lose weight and gain health. Almost six years ago, I started that journey. It began when I watched this video presentation by Michael Pollan. Among many other books, he wrote In Defense of Food. This video and that book started my weight loss and health journey.
